​"Apolo’s photos invite us to slow down and admire things that we usually overlook"

 

Being a nature enthusiast, I take the time to look down and very closely at it. This is a great way to notice the things that are under our very noses are often the most beautiful ones and the ones me missed the most.

 

We’re able to appreciate them, when we stop and pay attention to our world. ​These pictures reminded us of the fragility and finitude of all living beings.

 

Although, we’re looking at majestic photos, we know that they are moments long gone.

 

It’s a way of summarizing a photographer’s job : capturing moments in time so that we could remember them forever, even when there is no other trace left.
